1 on 1 Sessions

We believe everyone is an individual and therefore it does not matter what your goals or capabilities are, we are here to ensure that everyone has the chance to learn, grow and fall in love with water.

30 minute personal training sessions
30 minute lessons are perfect for children up to the age of 8 years old who are wanting to learn how to swim or improve on specific skills. These lessons would also be recommended to Adults who are complete beginners and would like to learn to swim for the first time.
60 minute personal training sessions
These packages are perfect for any one who is looking at improving any component of their swimming. Whether you are wanting to work on your breathing, improving the efficiency of your stroke for your next open water event, improving your overall fitness levels or wanting to find ways of shaving down your times at the next competition by working on the specifics of each stroke, our coaches are ready to take you there.
60 minute group personal training sessions
We also offer Group Personal Lessons for groups of 2 – 5 persons. This is a great budget friendly option to get into the water with a group of friends.
*To get the most out of Group Personal Lessons, we request for the members of the group to be of similar swimming abilities.
