Adult Classes

We offer a variety of adult group based classes. so, whether you are wanting to learn how to swim, improve your technique or your overall fitness and performance, we’ve got you covered.

Adult Learn to Swim / Ladies Learn to Swim
These swimming classes are for any swimmer who needs learn the very basics of learning how to swim. Skills focused on will be the basic principles of aquatic safety, water orientation and survival techniques. We cover all of the basic skills required to be comfortable in the water.
Adult Advanced Learn to Swim
These swimming classes are for any swimmer who already knows how to swim but would like to improve their technique for any of the 4 strokes. Skills focused on will be the basic principles of each stroke.
Masters Swimming and Ladies Fitness Classes
This program has been designed to improve the ability of every masters swimmer to move through the water easier. Sessions will go through a number of drills aimed at improving the efficiency of every swimmers Freestyle. A minimum requirement for this class is to be able to complete a set of 5 x 100m Freestyle on a send off time of 2min 15 sec. Every session follows a session plan that has been created by one of our knowledgeable swimming coaches. The sessions focus on a mix of technique work and energy system specific sets.
