Please ensure participants do not eat a heavy meal prior to the class. A light snack only is advised. No food or chewing gym is allowed around the pool area.
It is the parent’s responsibility to supervise their child/children before and after the lesson.
DURING THE SESSION
To ensure that our coaches have the undivided attention of the participant, we request that parents (of children) refrain from talking or interacting with the child or coach throughout the session.
There is seating available by the pool for you to watch your child. For younger children, parents must stay within reach of the pool area in case your child needs to go to the bathroom.
It is the parent’s responsibility to supervise any younger siblings and unfortunately, they are not allowed to use any equipment or facilities outside of the pool that may be close by ie. playgrounds, playing fields etc.
Persistent offenders may be asked to leave the site/their child asked to leave the HA without a refund.
