Lara is a highly experienced Lebanese swim instructor with over 15 years of expertise in teaching swimmers of all skill levels, particularly focusing on intermediate and advanced levels.

Holding a BS in Physical Education and Training, Lara’s dedication to the field is evident through her impressive qualifications. She is an ASCA-certified coach, possessing qualifications ranging from Level 1 Foundation of Coaching to Level 5 Administration, as well as a Level 4 Leadership School and Level 3 Physiology School certification. Lara’s commitment extends beyond coaching as she also holds a Higher Diploma in Preschool Education and a Special Olympics Certificate.

Notably, she is a proud recipient of a FINA certification achieved in collaboration with the Lebanese Swimming Federation.
